National Poultry Company ("NPC"), started production late 1997 as a modern slaughtering facility serving the Jordanian market with high quality poultry products. With continued expansions over the following years, NPC had become the largest and most successful poultry company in Jordan with over 800 employees operating its own slaughterhouse, breeder and broiler farms, hatchery, and feed mill in addition to a distribution fleet covering all parts of Jordan including remote areas.

Today, NPC grows, processes and distributes to the local market.  The latest addition to NPC is its state of the art poultry feed mill. It is strategically situated in a proximate location to service company owned farms. All grain supplies for the feed mill is imported from international grain suppliers as Del Monte Fresh Produce Company does not grow feed in Jordan. Main products milled at this location are soybean and corn.

NPC's poultry production operation has been ISO 9002 and HACCP certfied since 2002. Sales consist of fresh and frozen, whole and cut-up chicken, covering a wide range of product specifications including those for retail, institutional and food processing market segments.
